PRENATAL CLASSES

Prenatal classes are offered on an ongoing basis in Innisfail and Sylvan Lake. They average about four classes per year in each centre.

Length of the course: 12.5 hours (five sessions of 2.5 hours each). In Sylvan Lake the course is 6 hours (2 evenings at 3 hours each).

The cost of the course is $60.00 per group (a participant and her coach).

Subsidies are available by contacting the Henday office at 227-2866
