The 100 hour (CAEC) Canadian Adult Education Credential Certification prep course is for individuals wishing to complete the Canadian Highschool Equivalency (CAEC) exams and obtain their General Equivalency Diploma.

Free if you qualify.

If you do not qualify, you can attend for just a nominal fee plus exam.

2. Writing the CAEC exam you will be tested in 5 subject areas including Reading, Writing, Math, Science, and Social Studies, and require a score of 55% to pass each subject.

To write your CAEC exam at our location candidates must:

Fee: $62 per exam

Exams are computer based or the option to write a paper exam.

3. Do you need to write exams from other Post Secondary Institutions?

Exam Invigilation is available for most Post Secondary Institutions. Instead of travel, write it right here in Innisfail.

CAEC Test Centre Policy

Exam times are flexible and can be individually scheduled within our normal office hours.
Exams must be booked at least one week in advance.
To book and write the CAEC tests, you must create a candidate profile through the CAECdigital platform.

Payment can be made to the Testing Centre by using Strike, paying directly in person by cash or cheque or by e-transfer to: info@hendaylearning.com

Exam Room:

Staff supervised
Pencil/Pen and scrap paper provided
Bags, phones, personal laptops/devices and jackets are not allowed in the room
No food in the exam room - water/coffee/tea is allowed
No AI Glasses or devices or any kind are allowed

Eligibility:

To write the CAEC in Alberta, candidates may write:
- Any one subject test only once per calendar month.
- Any one subject a maximum of 3 times per calendar year
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and have been out of school for 10 consecutive months to be eligible to write the exams.
